The project involves comprehensive testing of a Online Loan application comprising Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS). The LOS covers the full customer onboarding and loan approval lifecycle including KYC, credit appraisal, and underwriting. The LMS manages the post-disbursal phase, handling loan account creation, EMI management, interest calculations, and repayment tracking, delinquency tracking and customer support. The system supports various loan products like personal loans, car loans, home loans and gold loan.
